Some members of the victorious Na Déise ladies’ football team came to Modeligo School to celebrate their recent success in the Junior C football final. They gave an account of the nail-biting finish that saw them clinch victory from Stradbally. They spoke of the importance of teamwork and commitment, and how hard work and dedication always pays off. The pupils were delighted to hold the cup and equally delighted with the customary sweets and no homework! Well done to all involved and especially to our past pupils.
